Niki’s Urban Eats
We are a catering company that offers full-service meals for all types of events, from boxed lunches, to tailored menus for corporate gatherings, intimate dinners, themed celebratory events, and anniversary parties. We also have a mobile food truck which we utilize for pop-up events.
Niki’s Urban Eats creates comfort food, yet elegant dishes that celebrate the flavors of natural ingredients. We make many of our own syrups, salad dressings, sauces and gravies. Niki’s Urban Eats specializes in customizable menus that we create, responding to the vision of each client. Directed by this vision we draw upon ingredients and flavors being offered by the current season to design a memorable and delicious culinary experience with integrity at every point of the process.
Meet The Chef.
Growing up, my love for cooking started when I would watch my grandmother cook delicious feasts, not just for our large family but for the entire neighborhood as well. People loved her and they really loved her food. I always remember how happy everyone would be sitting around the dinner table, laughing together and eating those meals. Those memories have stayed with me throughout life and that is the motivation that I pull from when I cook today. I’ve always enjoyed cooking and entertaining for family and friends so I finally took everyone's advice and quit my corporate job and started culinary training and in 2018 Niki’s Urban Eats was born.
Food is my passion. Cooking quality delicious food brings me joy. Here at Niki's Urban Eats, fresh modern comfort food is what I create and I promise each meal is made with the same love and joy I learned from my grandmothers kitchen so many years ago.
